13.12.2011 - Election of officers closed - the results

The elections of the officers for the swiss chapter have closed. According to the election manager, Göran Andersson, 56 votes have been received and all have been in favour for the proposal. Therefore, the new board as proposed has been elected.

The new board consists of the following members:

• Klaus-Peter Brand (ABB Switzerland Ltd) - serving as chair so far

Vice-Chair

• Nisheeth Singh (swissgrid) - serving as vice-chair so far

Treasurer

• Thilo Krause (ETHZ Zurich) - new

Secretary

• Charles Moser (BKW) - serving as industry relations officer so far

Officers (Tasks to be distributed at constitutional meeting)

• Christoph Brunner (it4power) - serving as webmaster so far
• Johann Haldemann (ALSTOM Power) - serving as membership officer so far
• Alexander Küster (swissgrid) - serving as event coordinator so far
• David Orzan (ecg) - serving as secretary so far
• Mario Paolone (EPFL) - new
